A little background
I learned that success wasn’t determined solely by sales numbers or operational metrics. It begins the moment a customer enters the store. The cleanliness of the environment, the way associates carry themselves, their body language, the sincerity of a greeting, the confidence with which they solve a problem - every detail contributed to the customer’s perception of the brand.
With that mindset, I created The OfficeNut.

The journey began in the print center of a national office supply retailer, building a foundation in helpful, hands-on customer service.

From district and regional top sales performance to tech service training, computer repairs, part ordering, and customer solutions.
STORE LEADERSHIP
Leadership roles grew from Customer Service Manager to Senior General Manager of multiple retail locations in Michigan, one of which was one of the largest office supply storefronts with a regional print center in the company.
THE OFFICENUT
Retail-closeout and inventory-disposition relationships made it possible to build a new, independent office-supply business from the ground up.

The OfficeNut started in a fully insulated, heated, and cooled pole barn built on family property. It is still the heart of our operation today, with family—including parents and a brother-in-law—helping us serve customers every day.
